I usually try to remove the coupons I intend to use on a particular shopping trip from the sleeves beforehand, but have numerous times quickly thumbed through the sleeves to find a coupon I may have missed or discovered an item on sale for which I had a coupon but had not removed it beforehand. The KouponKeeper has greatly assisted me in the organization of my coupons (I used to have a small envelope-type coupon keeper and lots of times overlooked a coupon or two when trying to thumb my way through that type of system) and has cut down on the time I spend in the store because of that organization.
